A: Yes. All the soft copy in a form of digital images (DVD or HDD format) will be given to our customers three days after their wedding.
Q: How many photos do we have to choose?
A: The number of photos depends on the package that you have chosen.
Q: How long does it take for the album to be ready for collection?
A: Approximately one to three months after the customers has made their selection.
Q: How long can we expect to receive our photobook?
A: It is about one to three months after the customers have made their selection.
Q: Can we request for a replacement if we lost our photos soft copy?
A: You are allowed to request for the replacement within 1 year period and you have to pay for $100 to make the replacement.
Q: What is the 1st step to book a date?
A: Customers are advised to pay 30% deposit confirm the date.
Q: How many photographers will there be in 1 event?
A: Two photographers of 1 senior and 1 junior photographer.
Q: Is it possible for us to make a request for 2 senior photographers in 1 event?
A: Yes but there is an additional charge.
Q: Is there any time limit for the photography session in each event?
A: Yes, our photographers stay for a maximum of 4 hours.
Q: If we request for a longer session of more than 4 hours, how much do we have to pay.
A: $75 per hour.
Q: Do you take pictures for different occasions?
A: Our service only cover your before wedding events(Engagement and Prewedding), wedding event and after wedding events (includes mandi belawat and berdikir).

Q: How many sessions and how long is the coverage?
A: One session with three hours coverage.
Q: Are we given the flexibility to choose location for photoshoot?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I choose more than 1 location?
A: Yes, but there will be additional charge.
Q: Can we have our own theme for the photoshoot?
A: Yes, and you are required to inform us in advance for a proper arrangement.
Q: How many photographers will be incharged during the photoshoot?
A: Two photographers only.
Q: Do you provide, a stylist, dress and a make up artist for the photoshoot?
A: No, but we can recommend you where you can get 10% discount for dress and cot. (But you must be our client to entitle 10% discount)
Q: How is the payment method?
A: 30% of non refundable deposit to hold and secure your selected date. The remaining balance needs to be settled one week before your first event.
Q: Why is the deposit in non refundable?
A: Once the 30% deposit has been made, photographers and the dates you have chosen are secured and have been booked. Our photographers will no longer accept any incoming booking on your date.
